Altar GuildList Item 2
The Altar Guild prepares the altar for Sunday, weekend and other special services. They care for the altar linens, candles, vestments, and other items used for serivces. The Guild also provides Altar Flowers. Helping times are flexible.

ChoirList Item 3
Share your love of God through music by joining the choir which rehearses on Fridays. There are also opportunities for special one time choir events, being a soloist or playing an instrument for a service or program.

Eucharistic MinistersList Item 4
Lay (which means not clergy) Eucharistic Ministers distribute the bread and wine at worship services. Some also serve as Lectors at the service, which means they read aloud the Scripture readings.

Flower Guild
Volunteers arrange the flowers that are placed on the altar for services. There is a flower arranging room where supplies are kept.

Greeters/Ushers
Volunteers greet and welcome those coming to services and assist with their seating. They distribute the worship bulletins and are available during the service to assist with any needs that may arise. They place the name tag racks outside the doors before the service, collect the offerings during the service and tidy up the pews at the end of the service.

Lectors
Our lay readers proclaim the Old and New Testament Scripture passages during our services. A schedule is sent out on a regular basis.

Prayer and Potluck
On the First Wednesday of each month a 6pm short prayer service is held followed by a potluck dinner in the parish hall.

Prayers of the People
At each service a volunteer reads the prayers of the people that have been written each week as we offer our needs and thanksgivings to God.
